I agree to the following Campground Rules:
1. Absolutely NO DOGS or other pets permitted at the event.  Dogs are not permitted on the festival grounds.
2. Absolutely No Alcohol
To maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, alcohol is not allowed at the event.
3. Dress Code
Outfits should be respectful and family-appropriate—think about what you’d
feel good posting on the Beartaria Times app.
4. Children Must Be Supervised At All Times
Thank you for looking out for our youngest attendees.
5. Stay in Designated Areas
For your safety, avoid tall grass and stick to marked paths and areas.
6. Respect Performances
Please be courteous during performances and presentations. Avoid
disruptions.
7. No Solicitation
No flyers or advertisements without permission. Selling food or goods
requires a vendor agreement.
8. Radio Channel Use
Use channels 8–14 only. Avoid interfering with event communications

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ALL LISTED BELOW

BEARTARIA EVENTS LLC - FESTIVAL ATTENDEE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY Event: The Beartaria Times National Festival 2026 Dates: October 9 - October 11, 2026 Location: Texas County, Missouri

READ CAREFULLY - THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to the following on behalf of myself and any minor(s) under my supervision:

1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in The Beartaria Times National Festival 2026 involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical challenges (e.g., team races, tug of war), camping in natural outdoor environments, children's games, recreational activities, interaction with animals or equipment, and live music performances. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death, whether caused by terrain, weather, equipment failure, participant conduct, or other factors.
2. Waiver and Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to attend and participate in this event, I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, family, assigns, and personal representatives, hereby waive, release, and discharge Beartaria Events LLC, Beartaria Holdings LLC, Owen Benjamin LLC, Struggle Bear LLC, Beartaria Beef LLC and their members, organizers, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, vendors, landowners, and associated parties from any and all liability or claims for personal injury, property damage, illness (including communicable disease), or wrongful death arising from or related to participation in the festival, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. Medical Authorization I authorize Beartaria Events LLC and its volunteers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am injured or incapacitated, and I accept responsibility for any associated medical costs.
4. Responsibility for Minors If I bring a minor to the event, I affirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for their safety, behavior, and participation. I agree that this waiver fully applies to them as well.
5. Photo/Video Release I grant Beartaria Events LLC and Beartaria Holdings LLC permission to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of myself and any minors accompanying me for promotional or documentation purposes, without compensation.
6. Severability and Governing Law I agree this waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. If any portion is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
